Products We aim to deliver the highest quality of goods and service to our customers, and we go to great lengths to make sure we dispatch our products on time in suitable packaging and in perfect condition. However, if you are unhappy with your Popina products when you receive them, let us know immediately and we guarantee to resolve the problem politely and efficiently. Our products and packaging are subject to change or substitution without prior notice.
Popina's Quality Guarantee Our artisan range is hand crafted with the utmost attention to detail and consistency, using only the best quality ingredients. We do not add any artificial additives or preservatives. We take great care to ensure that our products are dispatched carefully and in perfect condition, if however our products do not meet your expectations please let us know. We take food safety seriously and follow the best practices of food hygiene from sourcing ingredients to the finished product. Our premises have been recently auditied by a major food hygiene consultancy. Nuts: We use nuts in most of our recipes and therefore all of our products may contain at least traces of nuts. In the event that you are unhappy with our service, please contact us within 28 days of receipt of goods and we will instruct you how to return your order. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will at your choice refund or supply substitute goods. Please be aware that you may in some circumstances be liable for any postage costs incurred as a result of returning items to us and you should ensure that you obtain proof of postage if you send it back. We regret that a refund can only be provided for items received back by us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery: We rely on the Royal Mail to deliver our products to you, however, we can not guarantee delivery on a certain date
Order cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please call 020 7622 3444 or email info@popina.co.uk as soon as possible. There may be a cancellation fee charged if you do not give us at least 3 days notice before the date of dispatch of the order and we have already incurred significant time, effort and expense in fulfilling your order.

Popina Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Popina Ltd tries to ensure that the information on this site is accurate. Popina Ltd will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site. We assume no responsibility and cannot be liable for any damages resulting from direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential arising from the loss of use or use, data or products whether in contract, negligence or other tortuous action arising out of, or in connection with the use of this site.
Privacy Statement When you submit any information about yourself we collect your details in order to correspond with you. We will keep this information private and will not sell or distribute it to third parties. A record is kept of your enquiries. Your previous enquiries may be used to present you with the most relevant products and gift ideas and to provide you with a better overall user experience. You have the right through standing Data Protection legislation to request, for a small fee, any data we hold on you.
